Clear, brilliant wine with a persistent foam when poured, which slowly fades to give way to a carpet of fine bubbles. The nose is very airy, leaving a menthol note on the attack, associated with yellow citrus fruits (grapefruit and lime). The fresh palate on the attack, recalls the fresh citrus fruits of the nose. The long finish is highlighted by lemon zest and the minerality of the terroir.
