Tommaso Bussola Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is an elegant and refined Amarone, showcasing savory dark cherries, dried herbs, dry earth, and cocoa beans. This unfiltered wine is juicy and flavorful, with silky, refined tannins and a long, fresh finish. Crafted from 35% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 30% Rondinella, and 5% Molinara, it ages for 48 months in a mix of tonneaux, barriques, and large barrels. The aromas reveal rich notes of orange zest, chocolate, dried plum, cherry preserves, spices, hay, cumin, and tobacco.
