The Pet Nat 2021 vintage by Fred Loimer is a blend of Muscatel and Veltliner. A really successful summer sparkling wine with a delicate floral fragrance, green gooseberries, lime zest, completely dry and equipped with a lot of freshness and good acidity, no kitsch, but pure drinking pleasure with a fine perlage and a solid – very natural – yeast texture. The whole thing is available at a fair price, so you can also open a second bottle?!
