After a few months of aging,they bottle the barrel-aged maple syrup.Taconic Distillery thenimmediately refills those same barrels with bourbon. This sweet and floral whiskey spends another few months in the barrels to becomethe annual release of Double Barrel Bourbon Whiskey with Maple Syrup.
