The third release in Booker’s Bourbon 2020 Collection is called “Pigskin Batch”. The distillery, now renamed the Booker Noe Distillery, is located in the small community of Boston, Ky. That plant was his life for more than 40 years.

This batch has an elegant color that is beautiful in the glass. The aroma is sweet with a subtle hint of vanilla that is mingled with brown sugar notes. The flavor is sweet at first with a long, smooth finish that warms your palate.
