Distilled at the little-known Hacienda Casa Macias (NOM 1621) by renowned distiller (and builder of stills), Don Manolo, Pa Todos is going to EXTREMELY disrupt the current market and force every lover of Tequila to do a double-take. Many Tequila lovers will think its too good to be true, but here are the facts:

• Pa Todos is ade entirely from mature agave slow-roasted at .8 psi, instead of the faster 2.4 psi cooking used by larger producers
• Traditional roller-mill miel extraction is done after roasting, to squeeze honeys from the cooked agave for fermentation
• The fermentation is all-natural, without the use of any additives or accelerants, nor heat manipulation
• Bottling is done on-site, keeping everything from agave cultivation through all stages of production, under the same quality control, craft, and stewardship
