Nose: It is floral and fruity with notes of pear, melon and Muscavado sugar. The vanilla is in the dark with slight toffee face to it. There is a perception of minerals as well. A classic nose and can nose it for hours.
Taste: Fruity with a tease of citrus. The mid palate is with the arrival of honey and vanilla duo complemented by a creamy toffee and floral notes. Slight oak tone with a note of ginger candy too!
Finish: Plantain and citrus finish.
