Utilizing its vast holdings of whisky distilleries, including Bowmore, Laphroaig, Glen Garioch, Auchentoshan, and Ardmore, Suntory’s Japanese team took on the task of creating a Scottish expression based on Japanese blending principles and the result of fantastic. With a subtle profile of vanilla and peat smoke, the higher-than-average 48% ABV dials up that mellowness just a bit and brings forward the fruit in a fantastic way.

We like to think of Ardray as a lightly-peated Hibiki with just a bit more punch. All the grace and complexity that we love about Suntory’s Japanese blended whiskies is present in this new release.
