• A blend of 6-, 8-, 10-, and 15-year-old straight bourbon whiskies sourced from Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee; blended and bottled in Louisville, Kentucky by Barrel Craft Spirits
• A selection of high-corn barrels with brown butter and apricot notes, high-rye barrels bursting with spicy cinnamon and allspice, and 10- & 15-year-old vattings brimming with tannic earthiness
• Aromas of eggnog and cider with elderflower, candied orange peel, and floral violet precede a spicy and jammy palate of black currant, Concord grape, and Seville orange with cinnamon and sea salt dusted doughnut; an umami forward finish of shiso leaf, licorice root, peanut butter, and mineralic iron & slate
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 57.31% ABV

Barrell Bourbon Batch 034 is a blend of 6, 8, 10, and 15-year-old barrels. 8-year-old barrels driven by strong hazelnut and dark cherry notes lay a foundation enhanced by high-corn barrels showing browned butter and apricot. We mingled this first step for months before adding high-rye barrels carrying cinnamon and allspice. Finally, a vatting of 10 and 15-year-old barrels was added for earthiness and light tannin. The result is a robust and sophisticated bourbon.
