AYALA Perle is crafted with a blend of the House’s style founding crus from a single harvest. Exclusively with Grands Crus from the Cte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, each bottle is uniqueas are the wines that make up the blend, which are selected for their outstanding aging potential: A, Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger have been carefully selected for this 2015 vintage.

Long cellar-agingover 8 years under natural corkhas given Perle a complex aroma profile. Using natural cork enables micro-oxygenation and ensures the development of particularly crystalline aromas, while also improving the wine’s aging potential. Riddling is carried out on traditional oak desks in the depths of the A cellars. Every bottle is a true work of craftsmanship, disgorged by hand at 5g/L for this 2015 vintage and left to rest for one year in the cellars before shipment.

Hidden in the darkness of traditional vaulted cellars, Perle praises the rare, exceptional moment in life and unveils itself a little more with each new vintage. The chalk keeps track of the water that has passed since 1995, the year of Perle’s first vintage, and helps to preserve optimal aging conditions for the wine.

This 13th vintage of Perle is the latest release as a witness to the living memories of the historic House of A and as a tribute to artisanal know-how.
