Cincoro Aejo is aged at the distillery 24-48 months in Cincoro’s underground cellar, further enhancing the interaction between the barrel and tequila. Intense amber in color with copper overtones, wood and dried fruits on the nose elegantly resonate throughout. Notes of orange, fig and date, with hints of caramel and butterscotch, are distinguished on the palate.
