Estate-grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Don Fulano is distilled by fourth and fifth generation agave farmers and distillers Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza in the legendary Tequilea distillery No. 1146 in the heartland of the protected appellation: the town of Tequila.

Don Fulano Anejo is a marriage of old tequilas aged exclusively in French limousine and nevers casks that previously held wines. It is deep and complex with dried fruits and spices like cardamom which complement elegantly the right touch of sweetness that comes from slowly cooked mature agave. Great to wrap up a nice dinner. 30 months in French Oak.
