Winemaker Leisha Munro has stretched her legs a bit for this new bubbly, sourcing grapes from the home of Australia’s best Prosecco, Victoria’s King Valley. She’s delivered a beautifully fresh and vibrant fizz too, with this delicate appley number like a fresh mountain stream (just with alcohol, and some pretty white flowers, and more appley fruits). Low in alcohol, high in refreshment and hard to put down!
