Melsheimer is famous for its sparkling wines, which make up a fifth of the winery’s production.In this case, you get a dry Mosel Sekt, made by the classic method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, purely from the Riesling variety.The wine has a rich sparkling and you will find in it all the notes typical of local Rieslings, i.e. notes of ripe citrus, grapefruit or yellow apples.There is minerality.Delicate and great bubbles, ideal as an aperitif.
