Using the traditional method, oven baked 100% Blue Weber agave is crushedwitha volcanic tahona stone, releasing the sweet agavejuices and fibers, which are then distilled twiceand aged in four types of oak barrels for atleast 12 months. The aged tequila is filtered throughAmerican oak charcoal, resultingin a crystal-clear liquid that is full of taste.Finally, the liquid is rested in oak tanks for30 days to produce the smoothest andsweetest finish.

Crystal-clear with shimmering clarity, look for sweet and delicate aromas of sweet caramel, vanilla and light oak to take center stage before softening to allow the cooked 100% blue agave to shine through with notes of spices and light dried fruits.
