Aromas and flavors of dried apricot, candied lemon, sesame seed, and honey dew and ginger with a round, lively, finely carbonated, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish with nuances of dried yellow apple, white flowers, tangerine jam, and artichoke and hops. A pleasing domestic sparkler with good depth a flavor and a touch of herbaceousness that will make an excellent apritif to have with a light salad course.
