The Passito di Tabarrini is a sweet and sensual wine from Umbria, made from Sagrantino grapes that are withered for 3 months on racks to concentrate sugars. The nose is varied and very complex and recalls notes of fruit jams, sweet and oriental spices, dried fruit and mint. The taste is deep and intense, concentrated and soft, scratched by vigorous tannins.
