Tohu This fruit-driven Pinot Gris from Marlboroughs Awatere Valley displays aromas of orange blossom and juicy pear. On the palate flavours of fresh quince and crisp golden apple blend seamlessly with hints of sweet spice. With integrated fine phenolics and smooth acidity, this is a fresh and richly textured wine with a long and lingering finish. Producer Information Wines is a New Zealand wine company and the first to be exclusively Mori-owned. A wide range of wines is produced including classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, Albarino, Chardonnay, Merlot, Riesling, Syrah and Pinot Tohu Noir.Tohu Key Tohu vineyards include the Whenua Awa site in the Awatere Valley and the Whenua Matua site in Nelson. There are four key ranges; Manaaki, the Whenau, Kaumtua and Rewa. The Koru design, a Mori motif, can be seen on most of the labels.
