The Celeste by Miguel Torres is a pure red wine from Tempranillo grapes and is presented in the glass in a deep dark cherry red with violet reflections. This red wine has a very aromatic bouquet of juicy red and black fruits – it presents in particular heart cherries and blackberries. On the palate, too, the aromas of the nose reveal themselves and are underlined by nuances of blueberries, freshly ground pepper and liquorice with fine spice. This wine is wonderfully full-bodied and velvety soft with sweetly matured tannins, which are well integrated into the full-bodied body. The finale is wonderfully spicy-aromatic and long-lasting.
