Vasses middle-tier wines once again shine in terms of value for money. Classic Margaret River, this is a fruit-forward Chard that leads with notes of peach cobbler and melon rind. Its underpinned by subtle but present toast and lees notes like cream, brioche, flint and oyster shell. A zing of acidity first hits the mouth. Its rounded by a creamy texture. While there is enough structure, length and pose for this to cellar.
