An unusal white wine made from Malbec grapes which was lightly presssed and then fermented without skin contact yet there is still a hint of pale pink to the colour. On the nose there are fragrant floral notes of violets, mulberry fruit, peachs and strawberries combined with aromas of cinnamon, cloves and oak. There is a sweetness of fruit which is mouth filling and unctuous, leading to an explosive long fruity and spicy finish in the mouth.
